This beautiful academic building took advantage of the economy, resilience and simplified seismic detailing of the DuraFuse Frames connection. The team was able to simply detail several complex connections that included seismic moment connections. The fabricator and erector were also able to meet the erection schedule even with numerous lost days due to wind shutting down the crane. All this design flexibility was coupled with a very economical frame design.
